Harvest Time Farm Shows
The Husker Harvest Days ran from September 14 through the 16th in Grand Island, Nebraska. Point man for the show was Dave Ferris from Central City, NE. Oregon Ag Prayer Breakfast
The Fellowship of Christian Farmers has been given the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Oregon Ag Prayer Breakfast on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. The event will be both live, on a 180 acre field near the small town of Tangent, Oregon, between Corvallis and Lebanon, just east of Interstate 5, and south of Oregon 34. The prayer meeting and breakfast (free) begins at 8:00am local time (PDT). They have lots of room for RVs and tents. The address is:
Farm Progress Show 2021
After the cancelled show in 2020, the Farm Progress Show is back for 2021 in Decatur, Illinois. The show was Tuesday, August 31 through Thursday, September 2, 2021. The Fellowship of Christian Farmers had a large tent on the south end of the show grounds. Weather for the 3 day show was about as good as it gets in central Illinois in late August, with temps in the upper 70s.
Walworth County Fair, Elkhorn, Wisconsin
The 172nd Walworth County Fair took place September 1 through the 6th at the county fairgrounds in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. This year’s theme was “Jam-Packed Fun in 2021!” This is a very popular and well attended fair, second only to the state fair.
Farm Shows, Fairs in Pennsylvania

The Troy Fair is a regular event for the Fellowship of Christian Farmers in Troy, PA. Michael Steele, and his wife, Karen, put on this display with local volunteers witnessing Jesus Christ to the people of Troy and beyond. From July 26 to July 31, FCFI volnteers used the Wordless Walking Stick to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a needy world.
Disaster Relief Heading Into Winter
Amid all of the Covid-19 concerns of this past year, natural disasters still happen, and the Fellowship of Christian Farmers is there to help farmers recover from hurricanes, tornados, floods, wildfires, and other disasters, large and small. This year brought massive tornados in Tennessee and Alabama, hurricanes to Louisiana and Alabama, a derecho storm to Iowa, along with many smaller storms. A big thank you to FCFI Board Member CP Foster for hauling a truckload of hay to Louisiana!
Ozark Fall Farmfest
It has been a long time since we had a live farm show with real exhibits and real people at the show! The Fellowship of Christian Farmers, Internatonal exhibited at the Ozark Fall Farmfest in Springfield, Missouri, October 2-4, 2020. The point man was FCFI Area Leader Jeff Goss.
