Farm Shows
The Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International began in 1985 setting up booths at farm shows, and giving free walking sticks containing five colored beads that tell the Gospel story.
Visitors listen to a short, 2 or 3 minute presentation explaining the meaning of the colored beads, and how anyone can have eternal life if they would just believe. Lives are changed at every show!
Many visitors are already believers, and they visit our volunteers to offer encouragement or support, and we are there to listen to and pray with our fellow believers. Stop in and see us at a farm show today!
Years ago, God gave the Fellowship of Christian Farmers the idea to use the Wordless Walking stick to teach people how to receive the free gift of eternal life in heaven. It has been amazing to see the thousands of people who have responded and prayed to receive Christ. At these farm shows, people who are near the end of their lives are being saved, before going off into eternity. Young people who are just getting started in their lives, are learning about a God who loves them and has a plan for their lives.
During an outreach in Oklahoma some young girls prayed with an FCFI minister to receive Christ. They were so excited and shared with others the wonderful news. On their way home from the event they died in a car accident. Their family took great comfort in knowing they received Jesus just in time. I believe in heaven we will have many people approach us and tell us that they are in heaven because someone either gave to FCFI or witnessed to them about Christ at an FCFI booth or tent.
