Don Baker sharing the word of God
The annual Woodsmen’s Field Days in Boonville continues to be one of Region Eight’s largest and most impactful outreach events for the Fellowship of Christian Farmers International.
This year, approximately 1,200 people stopped by the FCF display. Each person who stopped by created an opportunity to connect, encourage, and most importantly, share the Gospel message.
Ada Bielanski faithfully explained the “bead story” to many who gathered around the booth. Using the colored bead bracelet as a simple but powerful visual aid, she walked individuals through the message of salvation. The bright colors naturally draw attention, opening doors for meaningful conversations about faith and the love of Christ.

Don Baker also spent time sharing the Gospel, engaging visitors in thoughtful discussions and personal conversations. Whether speaking to individuals or small groups, each interaction was approached with prayer and a heart ready to minister.
We are especially grateful to Paula Witt for her willingness to help throughout the event. Outreach of this size requires teamwork, and every volunteer plays an important role.

One particularly meaningful moment came as Ric Rosero took time to explain the Gospel to three young people who had stopped by. Nearby, Chris Brown held up a larger bead bracelet, allowing the colors to clearly stand out as Ric shared the message. The visual impact of the bracelet continues to be a powerful tool—every item we give away contains the colored beads, ensuring that those who visit leave not only with a keepsake, but with a reminder of the Gospel message with which to share with others..

Events like Woodsmen’s Field Days remind us that even in the midst of a busy community gathering, hearts are open and seeds can be planted. We are thankful for the many conversations that took place and trust the Lord to continue working in the lives of the 1,200 individuals who stopped by the display. Please pray that the seeds sown in Boonville will produce a lasting harvest.
