Virginia FFA Convention

The FCFI booth was able to use two tables and allow plenty of room for sharing the Wordless Bible with the hundreds of FFA members that would end up stopping by on the day.

Hello to all of our awesome brothers and sisters in Lord Jesus!

The Virginia FFA State Convention Career Day has been completed.
It was Wednesday June 26 from 9 AM to 5 PM.
The Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International were well represented at the Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA.
The event was held at the Squires Student Center in the Ballroom.
The Pennsylvania Northern Tier Chapter was on hand to share the Gospel message of Lord Jesus with whomever would stop by the table.H

This young lady stopped to see what was happening at the FCFI booth. FCFI witness Michael Steele holds an animal bookmark as he shows her the attached Wordless Bible Bracelet and explains the Salvation message of Lord Jesus to her. These were farm family members. Many knew the message.

These three FFA members stopped by and were greeted by FCFI witness Michael Steele. He showed them the various animal bookmarks the FCFI chapter was giving out. When he pointed to the box of duck bookmarks the one young lady gave out a quick squeal of delight. The other young lady said “She just loves ducks!” These two young ladies heard the message of Lord Jesus’ death and resurrection. They then walked away. They came back shortly after and said they just prayed and asked Jesus into their hearts and lives. That is the entire reason FCFI attends these events. For anybody who stops to receive the message and maybe come to know and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior!

Two more FCFI witnesses are busy sharing the Gospel of Lord Jesus. On the right FCFI witness Martha Reese shares with a young man and lady. On the left FCFI witness Karen Steele has the attention of these two young FFA ladies. You can see the boxes of animal bookmarks on the table ready to be used to share the wonderful message of God’s love through the hope we have in Jesus Christ.

You can always see such a strong focus on the faces of the various members as they listen to an FCFI witness sharing with them. These two young ladies did not know the colors but they already knew our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

FCFI also gave out key chains with the five colored beads of the Wordless Bible, gel bracelets with the five colors of the Wordless Bible, yarn bracelets with the five colors of the Wordless Bible, small wooden crosses with the five colors of the Wordless Bible, and zipper pulls with the five colors of the Wordless Bible. Did you notice the one thing all the giveaway items had in common with each other? That is right, the five colors of the Wordless Bible!!! The zipper pulls had a clear bead and then a navy blue bead and a yellow bead representing the time these hard working Future Farmers of America spent learning their trade in the FFA (Navy blue and yellow are their official colors!) These three extra beads meant a lot to these young adults! Learning about taking care of animals on a farm is not a simple thing. They have given a part of their life to taking care of their animals.
