Upcoming Outreach to LUC Boys Ranch – March 27 through April 4

Preparations are underway for an exciting outreach trip to the LUC Boys Ranch, scheduled for March 27 through April 4. This visit is a meaningful opportunity to invest time, care, and encouragement into the lives of young people while strengthening relationships through shared experiences, service, and learning.

The trip will bring together leaders and youth participants, with the possibility of including FFA youth as part of the group. Their involvement will add an educational and leadership-development dimension, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience while building character, responsibility, and teamwork.

We have been actively reaching out to FFA chapters around the country to let them know we’re on the list and have received some interest which we hope will build in future trips with more FFA participating. We are hoping other participants will join us in Missouri.

The plan is to meet on the evening of March 27 at 6:00 PM at Bass Pro Shop in Branson, Missouri for an orientation. This orientation serves as an important starting point for the journey, providing time for introductions, an overview of the week, expectations, travel guidelines, and a prayer before departure.

Following orientation, the group will work at the ranch Monday through Friday, with a mix of service projects and extra activities planned throughout the week. On Saturday, the group hopes to explore local attractions. Details regarding these extra activities and associated costs are still being finalized.

While key dates and the general plan are already in place, additional details such as the full itinerary, travel arrangements, and overall cost are forthcoming and depend some on how many participate.

It is a chance to serve, mentor, and walk alongside young people in a meaningful way. Those interested in learning more or joining the outreach are encouraged to stay connected for upcoming announcements.
