Spreading the Gospel at the Rockdale Fair

A “just set up photo” from Art Free… Our evangelists get busy when the people start showing up.

The First Christian Church recently hosted a Fellowship of Christian Farmers booth at the Rockdale Fair in Rockdale, Texas.

This annual event takes place during the third week of October and brings together the community for a county-wide youth livestock show, exhibits from local organizations, a barbecue cook-off, rodeo, and various entertainment activities.

At the fair, the First Christian Church of Rockdale shared the Gospel with attendees, using the wordless walking stick and other tools to convey the message. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many fairgoers expressing gratitude, saying, “Thank you for representing Jesus!” Our community needs the Word of God badly!
