Prayer Guide and Devotional – October 11, 2025
Matthew 28:19
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
| The Lord is prepared to send Jesus back to earth to claim His family. His family are all those that have received Jesus into their hearts and lives thanking Him for dying on the cross to pay for their sins and His resurrecting from the dead. But the Lord is not sending Jesus back to earth until the last person has come to Him. There will be that point when the last person will receive Jesus as their personal Savior. When will that be? Nobody knows but God and Jesus. But that last person will not come in without the Lord’s elected going out into the highways and the byways, the fields and the fairs. All proclaiming the Gospel (Good news!) of Lord Jesus Christ. Isaiah heard the Lord call out asking who the Lord should send out to carry His message of repentance and redemption to all the world. And Isaiah replied anxiously “Send me!” Who else has heard or felt the calling of the Lord? Many people most likely. But how many will actually say “Send me!” and then go? We get a little anxious and worried about all the details, how will we handle our present situation, or how we can afford to go out for the Lord? Isaiah did not start to question the Lord about all the details. We need to do the same thing today. Do not fear how everything will be worked out. After all, God is not a God of fear. You can help by accepting the Lord’s call. Or you can help by making sure those that go out have all they need to do the job correctly for the Lord. This is a big job and often means going to foreign places, a lot of traveling, being away from home, missing family functions, putting in many long hours, and working in all sorts of conditions. You can participate right from home. Pray for all those that answer this call and go out for the Lord. And financially support them so they have the many resources needed for this call. The Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International has worked hard for many years working to get the Lord’s workers out in the fields at various events. And one of the recurring comments they hear is “We need more people like you sharing Jesus out in the public!” Even today people are replying to the Lord “Here I am. Send me!” Lord, I thank You for sending Your workers out into the world to declare You love for the world through the death and resurrection of Your Son, Jesus Christ. I ask You to impress Your salvation message upon the hearts, the minds, and the souls of all the people You elect meets. And help all of Your children know they can take part in this very important call. The eternity of all those in the world is at stake. Thank You Jesus for enabling Your work to be completed through us. In Jesus name, Amen!! Prayer Requests!
