1 Peter 4:18
Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved,
Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?
The man above helped nail Jesus to the cross. He spent his life living the life he felt like living and offended God. That man is you and that man is me. Jesus went to the cross to bear the sins of the world. But, without our sins, there would have been no need for Jesus to die a horrible death on a cross. There are many that have come to Lord Jesus, asked His forgiveness, and received His free gift of salvation personally into their hearts and lives. They are the scarcely saved. But there are still many, many people that have not come to the Christ. They still are at the foot of the cross with a hammer in their hands. These people have rejected our loving God. If things remain the same for them, they shall not spend eternity with our Lord God in heaven. They are destined for an eternity in hell. We all were there. Take time today and pray to the Lord that He will touch the hard hearts of all unbelievers today and bring them to to the foot of the cross in repentance. Pray they will join the family of God today and accept their place in heaven!
Lord God, I have prayed to Lord Jesus and received Your Son into my heart and life. I thank You, Lord Jesus, so very, very much for Your death and resurrection for me. I now ask for the hearts and souls of all those that are rejecting You. I ask You to give them all another day to hear the Gospel of Lord Jesus. I ask You give them all another day to come to Jesus. Whether it be they are led to an FCFI booth or tent, to a stranger in their path, or lead them to a loving family member. Bring them into Your family today! I love You, Lord! In Jesus name, Amen!!
