Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
| Almost everyone knows how troubled the present world is. Humans have been starting wars for ever and there is sickness and disease out there and there is extreme political unrest. The world is a real troubled place. And so Paul tells us not to let the world shape our minds and our thoughts. When you receive Jesus into your heart you now have the power of the Holy Spirit to form your mind and your thoughts according to the will of God. Just think how wonderful our lives would be if we let the Lord influence our thoughts and lives completely. Yes, it is difficult with so much from this world tugging at your sleeves to get your attention and to trouble you. But when you do allow this total communion with the Lord you will show to the world the perfect will of the Lord as His people, knowing your love and commitment to the Lord, and seeing you living your life and making decisions according to the wonderful leading of the Holy Spirit! Pray All of us Christians have the power within us to each live life according to the Lord’s holy and righteous will. Yes, it is difficult but pray the Lord to help you and He will make your path straight!! Prayer Requests!
