Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
The Apostle Paul had gone through so much in taking the Gospel of Lord Jesus to the world. He was stoned, he was shipwrecked, he was thrown in prison, and he was wrongly accused many times. You would have thought at some point Paul would have thrown up his hands and said “Lord, I quit!!” But he did not. He continued on through much adversity and much difficulty sharing Jesus salvation message. And he told everyone the only reason he could do all he did was because Jesus was his daily strength! He could have never continued under his own power. The Lord gave him the strength he needed to go through all he did for the Lord and to finish the ministry the Lord placed him in. We will also grow tired and frustrated in our service to the Lord. It is natural. We are human. It is at those times, especially, we need to call out to the Lord and ask for the strength to continue on. We are human and we will fail. But, the Lord is there to help and all we have to do is ask. I, myself, often grow tired in all I do and I need to remind myself this is all for the Lord and all I have to do is call out to Him. Call out to Jesus right now! Don’t wait another minute. Don’t allow the enemy to frustrate you and get you to quit. The Lord will lift you up and give you everything you need to complete everything the Lord has for you to do! Besides, the Lord has a mansion waiting especially for you. You can rest then!! Lord, I have to admit that I can grow tired. The body is getting a little older everyday and with all going on in my life, I get tired. But I know You are there! You will give me the strength I need to accomplish all You have for me to do. You will never leave me or forsake me. Help me to maintain a strong mind, body, and spirit. Help me to be a difference maker in this world. Please, Lord, give me Your strength! In Jesus Name I ask, Amen!! Prayer Requests! Please pray for our hearts to prepare for the upcoming Easter season…a perfect opportunity to share the love of Jesus.
