Jeremiah 32:27
“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?
Sometimes we forget how many different types of flesh are out there. We know about human flesh (especially when we cut ourselves!) But there are so many other types of flesh. From animal flesh, to bird flesh, to fish flesh, insect flesh, to the flesh of fruits and vegetables. They are all so different from each other. We must remember, the Lord created everything and is God over everything. Just as He has control over our lives and is God over man He has control over and is God over all those others types of flesh. The Lord directed a great fish to swallow up Jonah. The Lord used a donkey to turn back Balaam. The Lord used various insects and reptiles to punish the Egyptians. And look how the Lord used ravens to feed Elijah. The Lord even was in total control over the manna from heaven making it rot within a day so as to teach trusting in the Lord. None of these times were too big for the Lord. He is God of all flesh and He can do with each whatever He desires. The Lord is in total control of ALL things!!
Lord, You are the God of all flesh. The God of human flesh, animal flesh, fish flesh and even fruits and veggie flesh. I know how awesome You are and that You would value me above all the other types of Your creation. You died for me on the cross and gave up Your body or Your flesh for me. You are in total control of all things and can do with all bodies as You desire. Thank You Lord that are are in control of all things and for loving me, so much that nothing is too hard for You! In Jesus name, Amen!!
