The Pennsylvania Northern Tier Chapter (PANTC) of FCFI had a meaningful time of ministry at the 2025 Easter Art & Craft Show and Kids Fun Fair in Ocean City, Maryland, held April 18–19.
Thanks to the dedication of volunteers Michael and Karen Steele, Ernie and Martha Reese, and Bill Wood, the team gave away over 100 Wordless Walking Sticks, 150 sand art necklaces, and various other crafts. Most importantly, twelve people prayed to receive Jesus during the event.
The sand art table became a key point of ministry, with eight people accepting Christ there alone. One young man even wanted to remove the black sand (symbolizing sin) after praying, but was encouraged to keep it as a reminder of Christ’s forgiveness.
Other powerful moments included two sisters receiving Christ after making necklaces, a man loudly praising Jesus after hearing about the walking stick ministry, and a hotel guest inspired by the team’s kindness and prayer. One father at a restaurant was moved to recommit to leading his family in nightly prayer after seeing the FCFI team pray before their meal.
From meaningful conversations to creative Gospel tools, the event was a beautiful reminder of how God uses simple moments to change lives.
Below are some memorable photos capturing moments from the event!

The ministry and sand art tables were busy throughout the event, with Ernie Reese sharing the Gospel with a family on the left, while Karen Steele and Martha Reese assisted children at the sand art table on the right
Since the event took place on Good Friday and Saturday during the Easter Show, it provided a natural opportunity to talk with children about Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. On Friday, FCFI witness Martha Reese often began conversations by asking the children what happened to Jesus on that day. Many of the children were already familiar with the significance of Good Friday.

There are several families waiting to come to the FCFI sand art table. They would wait patiently while the two FCFI witnesses (Martha Reese and Karen Steele) would explain the salvation message using the colors of the sand with each person and then give them a cross necklace to fill with sand

We had a fantastic time sharing Lord Jesus with everyone that stopped. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. The show was a great success, and many people were explained the Salvation message of Lord Jesus. This was especially wonderful since it occurred on Easter Weekend.
Please pray for those who received Jesus into their hearts and lives—to get closer to the Lord, that they would feel His presence in their lives, and that the Lord will lead them to strong, Bible-believing churches.
Pray for those who rejected Lord Jesus, that they would have another day and another chance to hear the Gospel!
