More From the Farm Progress Show!

FCFI Area Leader Mike Weaver sharing the Gospel with a huge group

It was a long three days in Decatur at the Farm Progress Show.  The weather was beautiful for the 3 days of the show, although set up day was very hot and humid.  The tent had power, and we took advantage of that with a new freezer to keep our water cold, as well as run our sound system.  We had several volunteers sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the thousands of people who visited our tent.  We gave away 4200 walking sticks for the small price of listening to the Gospel message using the Wordless Walking Stick.  We also gave away a lot of gel bracelets and Fellowship literature.  All for the Glory of God!

The panel discussion titled “Finding Hope in the Midst of Adversity” occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday in the FCFI tent at the Farm Progress Show.  The hope was to show the farmers attencing the show that they are not alone, and there are many farmers suffering through finances, stress, and isolation.
