Lives Changed Through the Gospel at the Farm Science Review

A look inside the FCFI tent with multiple groups hearing the gospel concurrently

Each year, the Fellowship of Christian Farmers International (FCFI) sets up its familiar tent at the Farm Science Review in London, Ohio—a place where faith meets farming and where hearts are changed for eternity. Inside and around the tent, visitors find not only a friendly smile and a warm welcome but also the opportunity to hear the life-transforming message of Jesus Christ.

For three full days, Area Leader Bill Nichols and Pastor Jeremy Nichols and their dedicated team of volunteers shared the gospel message continuously with groups of people from morning until evening. The tent was often filled to capacity, with as many as 80 people at a time gathered both inside and outside, listening as at least 15 different volunteers invited people in and explained God’s plan of salvation using the well-known FCFI wooden “wordless walking stick” that illustrates the gospel through colored beads.

Throughout the event, about 5000 individuals had the chance to hear about God’s love, forgiveness, and the hope found in Christ. And the impact of this ministry is being seen not only in the moment but years down the road.

One man stopped by the tent to share his story—he had received the Lord at this very event several years ago. Now, he has grown stronger in his faith and came back to express his gratitude for the ministry that helped him begin his journey with God.

Another visitor recalled how, years ago, his then-girlfriend accepted Christ at the Farm Science Review after hearing the gospel in the FCFI tent. Since that day, her faith has continued to deepen. The couple now attends church together, growing side by side in their walk with the Lord.

Stories like these remind us that the seeds planted through the Fellowship of Christian Farmers ministry continue to grow long after the tents are taken down. What begins as a simple conversation in the midst of a busy farm show often leads to a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Farm Science Review remains one of FCFI’s most fruitful outreaches—bringing together farmers, families, and friends to hear the gospel message in a setting that feels like home. We thank God for every volunteer who shared their faith, every listener who heard the good news, and every life changed by the power of the gospel.

Please continue to pray for those who heard the message at this year’s Farm Science Review—that the seeds of faith will take root and bear fruit for God’s glory.
