Hello to our family in Lord Jesus Christ!

Last weekend, the Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International – Pennsylvania Northern Tier Chapter (PANTC) attended the Susquehanna RV Show at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds in Bloomsburg, PA. While we have been sharing the Gospel of Lord Jesus using the Wordless Bible at RV shows for several years, this was our first time participating in this particular event. We have come to enjoy the RV crowd, and reaching out to these wonderful people continues to be a fascinating and fulfilling experience.

The event took place from Thursday through Sunday, February 6-9, 2025, and despite the challenges, we were able to share our ministry with many attendees.

During the show, we distributed nearly 100 Wordless Walking Sticks, 10-15 gel bracelets, approximately 15 Books of the Bible bookmarks, 15-20 crosses with magnets on the back, 20-25 zipper pulls, 2 children’s plastic FCFI construction hats, and 10-15 leather bracelets. Additionally, some visitors took FCFI brochures and copies of the Harvest Report magazine to learn more about our ministry.

The first several pictures showcase our booth setup, highlighting the materials we shared and the meaningful conversations we had. We are grateful for the opportunity to spread the message of faith and look forward to more events where we can continue our mission.

You can see exactly what the people see. A nicely arranged assortment of items all containing the five colors of the Wordless Bible. A witness can at any time pick up any of these items and share Jesus’s awesome salvation message from the five colored beads.

The sand art table is ready as well. This is free to whomever wants to fill a cross sand art necklace. We keep some FCFI manuals to give out as we share the meaning of the five colors. We even have small containers of glue to glue the lid on after someone has filled their necklace. Hoping to prevent young ones from unscrewing the lid while in the backseat of the car on the ride home or even at home and accidently dumping the sand out of their creation.

We want to welcome everyone to our booth and announce exactly who we are and what we do. We have a nice mat asking the people if they “Got Jesus?” in their hearts and lives.

The stick box is ready to go. Bracelets with the FCFI card are attached to each stick. We also have a sign proclaiming the sticks are free when you receive the Gospel of Lord Jesus with it!

Weather Challenges at the Susquehanna RV Show

The weather didn’t cooperate well for this four-day event. On Thursday morning, icy roads created hazardous travel conditions, and by late Saturday afternoon, a significant snowfall was expected, further affecting attendance.

Michele Frederick, the event organizer for Susquehanna RV, reported that attendance was about half of what it typically is. Despite these challenges, dedicated attendees still came out to enjoy exploring both new and pre-owned RVs.

Early on Thursday these two young men braved the icy roads and arrived to look at the campers. FCFI witness Ernie Reese (right) was ready and shared the Gospel of Lord Jesus and each young man was offered a Wordless Walking Stick. The young man on the right asked Jesus into his heart and life!! Come to look at the new RVs and end up with your name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life!

Even with the lower turnout, the enthusiasm and excitement among visitors were evident. The event provided a great opportunity for attendees to browse the latest models, ask questions, and plan for future adventures. Vendors and exhibitors remained in good spirits, engaging with attendees and showcasing a variety of RV options suited for different lifestyles and budgets.

The unexpected weather conditions served as a testament to the resilience of the RV community. Many attendees expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to explore and learn, emphasizing that their passion for travel and adventure was undeterred by the cold.

We appreciate everyone who braved the weather to be part of this experience. Your support and enthusiasm keep events like these alive, and we look forward to welcoming even more visitors next time under better conditions!

A Special Opportunity to Share the Word: FCFI’s Experience at the Susquehanna RV Show

Though turnout was lighter compared to previous years, our chapter was overjoyed to experience meaningful moments of faith and connection at the Susquehanna RV Show. We were especially thrilled to pray with two individuals who made the life-changing decision to accept Jesus into their hearts and lives. Moments like these remind us that even a single encounter can have an eternal impact.

The FCFI ministry is so much more than free Wordless Walking Sticks! This young lady had some heaviness on her heart and asked for prayer. Instead of telling her we would pray for her later, FCFI witnesses Sally Good (center) and Ernie Reese (right) have prayer with her right there. Put it off until later and you may forget. Pray now as one voice for her needs!

This young man had a good time talking to FCFI witness Ernie Reese (right). It was fun to see them both talking and asking and answering questions.

This opportunity came about in an unexpected way. While attending the Lehigh Valley RV Show, one of the Susquehanna RV salesmen approached us with an invitation. He shared a flyer for their upcoming show and asked if we would consider participating. With only three weeks’ notice, we felt called to be there, trusting that God had a purpose for our presence at the event.

Here was when this young man first stopped and got his own Wordless Walking Stick and the salvation message of Lord Jesus’ Christ from FCFI witness Sally Good (right). This young man stopped by again later on, he enjoyed the FCFI booth so much. This time Mom came with him. This often happens when you speak to someone and they are anxious for a family member or a friend to hear the message, too!

We are continually grateful for the opportunities to share the message of Christ and to witness the transformative power of prayer. Whether through meaningful conversations, heartfelt prayers, or the simple act of showing kindness, we strive to make every moment count in His service. Events like these reaffirm our mission and fuel our passion to spread the Good News wherever we go.

Thank you to everyone who supports our ministry, whether in prayer, participation, or encouragement. We look forward to the next opportunity to share God’s love and message of salvation with others!
