Meet Art and Susan Free
Art and Susan Free are the owner/operators of Free Farm. They have been married for 37 years and are blessed with three children and four grandchildren, with a fifth expected in April 2025. Both Art and Susan are retired from the United States Army Reserve:
✅ Susan served as an environmental health inspector during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
✅Art, a combat engineer officer, served in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In civilian life:
✅ Susan has extensive experience in the financial industry and continues to work part-time.
✅Art, a retired Agricultural Science Teacher, now operates their farming ministry.
✅Art is also the pastor at the First Christian Church in Rockdale, Texas, having previously pastored at First Christian Church in Brenham, Texas.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, they established Free Farm Ministry on YouTube to share sermons and Bible studies, which they are now expanding to Facebook. They invite you to follow Free Farm Ministry on Facebook to help reach 100 followers, enabling live streaming of their church sermons.

Art and Susan have been active with FCFI for several years, participating in outreach at events such as the Texas FFA Convention and local fairs. They are passionate about sharing the Gospel with FFA chapters and 4-H clubs throughout Central Texas. They will also highlight their efforts to speak at local FFA chapters, an area of potential expansion for FCFI.
