The guys did construction in one of the camp buildings
A dedicated team of volunteers from the local FCFI chapter in Wisconsin, recently spent four days serving at the Forest Springs Camp. Their time there was filled with meaningful work and collaboration, making a significant impact on the camp’s upkeep and operations.
The group was split into different teams, each contributing their talents in unique ways. The women focused on beautifying the camp’s grounds by working in the flower beds, enhancing the natural surroundings with vibrant blooms. Meanwhile, other members of the group took on sewing projects, creating new items that would serve the camp’s needs for future events.

On the construction side, the men worked hard in one of the camp buildings, helping with much-needed maintenance and improvements to ensure the camp facilities remain in top condition for upcoming seasons.
The time spent at Forest Springs has not only been a valuable contribution to the camp’s ongoing work, but it has also forged lasting friendships among the volunteers. The appreciation for the volunteers’ efforts is immense, and their help continues to make a difference in the lives of all who visit the camp.
As the FCFI volunteers return to their daily lives, they leave behind more than just physical improvements—they leave a legacy of service, fellowship, and community. Their willingness to serve, alongside the relationships they’ve built, demonstrates the true power of working together strategically and missionally.
