This year, the Fellowship of Christian Farmers International (FCFI) has been actively developing a Biblical Discipleship program designed to work hand-in-hand with our evangelism efforts at farm shows, FFA conventions, and community events. While many hear the Gospel through these outreach opportunities, we believe it is equally important to walk alongside those who desire to grow deeper in their faith.

To support this vision, FCFI has partnered with Multiplication Ministries to offer two discipleship resources for believers who want to mature in their walk with Christ.

Knowing God Personally: Getting Started on Your Walk

The first resource we use is a foundational booklet titled “Knowing God Personally: Getting Started on Your Walk.” This guide includes four key lessons:

These sessions are designed to help new believers—or those seeking a fresh start—understand the heart of God and the joy of walking closely with Him.

One-to-One Discipleship Manual

The second resource, also by Multiplication Ministries, is the One-to-One Discipleship Manual. This nine-session course is designed for man-to-man or woman-to-woman mentorship. One believer walks alongside another to explore nine essential foundations of the Christian life. Each session includes Scripture to study, thoughtful questions to discuss, and intentional time for prayer and encouragement.

This personal, relational approach allows believers to grow together as they build their lives on the solid foundation of God’s Word.

“Go and make disciples…” — This was the final command Jesus gave to His followers (Matthew 28:18–20). Many believers desire to follow this calling but simply don’t know where to begin. The good news is Jesus also promised, “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” He equips us with everything we need to grow as disciples and to disciple others.
