Community Connections at the Violet Festival in Dolgeville, NY

The Violet Festival in Dolgeville, New York, brought another opportunity for local Fellowship of Christian Farmers International (FCFI) members to connect with families and introduce festivalgoers to the message of the Gospel.

Ric Rosero and Roy Upson were ready to welcome visitors and engage with those attending the festival. Cathy Upson also took time to explain the Gospel beads to a mother and her daughter, using the colorful beads as a simple and meaningful way to help them understand the message of salvation.

Pat Bielanski was also present, taking opportunities to talk with festivalgoers and share the Good News. Through these personal conversations, visitors could learn more about God’s love and the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Community festivals like this provide a natural setting for meeting people, building relationships, and having meaningful conversations about faith. We are grateful to Ric, Roy, Cathy, and Pat for their willingness to give their time and serve their community.

Every conversation matters, and even a simple explanation of a set of colorful beads can become an opportunity to plant a seed of faith in someone’s heart.
