Despite the damage caused by the storm, remnants of the FCFI booth show the heart behind the mission—faithfully present, even in the midst of devastation
The FFA Conference at Purdue University took an unexpected turn when strong winds swept through the area, damaging our event tents and prompting a tornado warning. Nearby, the storm was powerful enough to knock down several electrical poles, causing disruptions and raising safety concerns for those in attendance.
Despite the challenges brought on by the weather, the impact of the FCFI outreach was significant. Students, volunteers, and organizers stopped by the FCFI tent, where they heard and responded to the gospel presentation.
We are grateful for everyone’s safety and thankful for the quick response of emergency personnel and campus staff who helped ensure participants were protected during the storm. For this reason, everyone was safe.
Below are some captured photos from the event before the windstorm.

Let this be a reminder that even in the midst of storms—both literal and symbolic—our purpose remains unshaken!
