Prayer Guide July 2017
These are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad and Asher, (1 Chronicles 2:1). Jacob, grandson of Abraham, later called Israel by God, had 12 sons from whom the 12 tribes of Israel came. We pray as we go about our ordinary lives we can remember God uses those He chooses to great and extraordinary things. Millville Carnival, Millville, PA, Doc DeVoe. 6-30 – 7-8

Prayer Guide June 2017
Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, (Christ) we do not lose heart, (2 Cor. 4:1). As Christians, all of us have a ministry. Anyone who talks about Jesus must remember that they stand in God’s presence. We pray we will be diligent in staying true to God’s Word as we reach, teach and preach. Please pray for Sherry who has been diagnosed with cancer. Pray for healing and wisdom for the doctors.

Prayer Guide May 2017
The Lord moved the heart of Cyrus, king of Persia, (Ezra 1:1). 48 years after Nebuchadnezzar destroyed Jerusalem and looted the Temple God moved the heart of King Cyrus to let the Jew return home. This was a day of new hope for the Jews. We pray we will start each day fresh with the Hope of Jesus making each day new. That we will allow God to move our hearts for His good. Pray for Bruce who has cancer.

Prayer Guide April 2017
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1). God did not need to create the universe, He chose to create it. Why? God is love and love is best expressed toward another. So, God created us as an expression of His love. We pray we will be the expression of God’s love is this cold and cruel world. Please pray for: Walter Powell & team, Flowerton Festival, Summerville, SC April 1,2

Prayer Guide January 2017
Happy New Year! We made it through 2016 – some joys, some
sorrows, some accomplishments, some failures. But today is the day to
give thanks. Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken,
let us be thankful and so worship God acceptably with reverence and
awe. Hebrews 12:28, “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love
endures forever.”

Prayer Guide December 2016
Br-r-r December is here and so is the chilly weather. The calendar says
that winter starts on December 21st but I think is should offi cially start
on December 1st. Regardless of what season it is the Bible tells us in
2 Timothy 4:2, “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of
season, correct, rebuke, and encourage—with great patience and
careful instruction. Teacher, you have given us our ‘marching orders’.”
Guide us to preach your Word, not someone else.
