Join Us in Jamaica: Mission Trip Opportunity – November 14-20, 2026

February 2026 Jamaica Mission Trip

Are you looking for an opportunity to serve, encourage others, and make a lasting impact? We invite you to join FCFI on a mission trip to Jamaica from November 14-20, 2026.

This unique outreach opportunity will allow participants to serve alongside local communities as they rebuild, grow, and prepare for the future. Whether you have experience in construction, agriculture, or ministry—or simply a willing heart—there is a place for you on this team.

Help Restore a Bible College

One of the primary projects during this trip will be helping restore a Bible college that was affected by recent storm damage. Your efforts will help create a safe and functional environment where students can continue preparing for ministry and serving their communities for years to come.

Support Agricultural Training

The team will also assist with agricultural training programs designed to help widows and families develop practical skills for long-term sustainability. Participants will help support training focused on planting and growing trees, providing opportunities for economic growth while benefiting local communities.

Share the Gospel Through Evangelism

Alongside the practical work, the team will have opportunities to share the Gospel and encourage local churches through evangelistic meetings.

Meetings will be scheduled with the churches we are working alongside and may include music, personal testimonies, preaching, prayer, and altar calls, with the goal of seeing people come to Christ and encouraging spiritual growth within the local church.

There may also be opportunities for team members who have experience working with children to participate in special children’s meetings.

Before the church meetings, team members will have opportunities to participate in door-to-door and marketplace evangelism, connecting with people in the community and inviting them to attend the meetings.

As part of these outreach efforts:

This will provide opportunities to meet people where they are, build relationships, pray with them, and share the hope of Christ.

No Special Skills Required

You do not need to be a builder, farmer, or teacher to participate. If you have helping hands, a servant’s heart, and a desire to share Christ’s love, you can make a difference.

Throughout the trip, there will be opportunities to:

Why Jamaica?

On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa caused significant destruction across western Jamaica, damaging homes, churches, schools, and community facilities. Many families continue the challenging work of rebuilding their lives.

This mission trip is focused on supporting long-term solutions rather than temporary relief. In addition to restoration projects, efforts are being made to help families establish productive assets that can provide lasting value and ongoing economic opportunities. Planting fruit trees, timber species, ornamental plants, and other locally appropriate nursery stock can help create sustainable sources of income while strengthening local communities.

Can’t Join the Trip?

You can still make an impact. Donations are needed to help cover the cost of building materials, trees, and other project expenses. Your support will help extend the reach of this ministry and provide practical assistance to families working toward recovery and sustainability.
