Meet Marty Campfield, our new Manager of Field Ministries, who brings decades of experience in agricultural sales, business development, marketing, leadership, and Christian fundraising to his new role with Fellowship of Christian Farmers International (FCFI).

During the October 3 FCFI Zoom Fellowship and Prayer Meeting, Marty will share about his professional journey, including his years in agricultural sales and his experience with Christian ministry fundraising. He will also talk about how these experiences have prepared him for his new position with FCFI. In this role he will assist the Executive Director with expanding ministry activity in the western states and developing additional donor, sponsor, and volunteer relationships.

A Career Built on Agriculture, Sales, and Leadership

Marty’s professional background has largely centered on sales, marketing, business development, in agricultural-related industries. Over the years, he has held leadership positions with various companies working with customers, distributors, sales teams, and business partners across key markets. His experience includes building global product lines, developing sales strategies, expanding distributor networks, improving marketing efforts, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Experience in Christian Fundraising and Donor Relations

Marty’s professional experience eventually expanded into Christian ministry. From 2022 through 2026, he served as a Major Donor Relations Officer, where he worked directly with major donors and focused on strengthening relationships and increasing engagement with the ministry.

Bringing His Experience to FCFI

Marty’s new role with FCFI brings together several areas of experience from throughout his career. As he assists the Executive Director, part of his focus will be helping expand FCFI activity throughout the western states. He will also contribute to donor and volunteer relations, drawing on his years of experience in sales, fundraising, communication.

His main passions are sharing the gospel with those he meets in the regular course of daily life and business, and discipling men who are focused on growing in their faith and applications of Godly living at home and in the work place.

Marty’s experience also includes developing training materials and performance metrics, optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and using data to identify opportunities for growth and improved effectiveness.

A New Chapter of Service

Marty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture (Agronomy) from The Pennsylvania State University. With a career that has moved from agricultural and international sales into Christian fundraising and ministry, Marty now brings that combined experience into his work with FCFI.

He will talk about joyful and productive (bearing fruit) Christian living as he helps us look ahead to the opportunities God is opening for FCFI in the western states and beyond.
