Farmers Christian Fellowship International (FCFI) is pleased to welcome John Hamilton as our new Ministry Operations Manager. John succeeds Amy Taylor, who recently transitioned to another ministry opportunity. We are grateful for Amy’s service and excited about the experience and passion John brings to this important role.
John was raised in Dayton, Ohio, and has a diverse background that combines ministry, communication, technology, and leadership. He received pastoral training at Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, earned a degree in Architectural Drafting from North Central Michigan College, and later completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Western Michigan University.
Early in his career, John served in pastoral ministry, developing a heart for helping people grow in their faith and walk with Christ. He later spent 25 years working in call center information technology, where he gained extensive experience in operations, problem-solving, team support, and organizational management.
Throughout his professional journey, John has maintained a strong commitment to ministry and service. He brings to FCFI a deep passion for supporting farmers, strengthening rural communities, and seeing lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
As Ministry Operations Manager, John will help support the day-to-day functions of FCFI while assisting in the organization’s mission of connecting agricultural communities with biblical truth, discipleship, and practical ministry opportunities.
John and his wife, Laura, make their home in Gobles, Michigan. Together they share a heart for serving others and advancing God’s Kingdom through ministry.
Please join us in welcoming John to the FCFI family as he begins this new chapter of service. We look forward to the ways God will use his gifts, experience, and passion to further the mission of FCFI in the years ahead.
