Discipleship Appeal for Profit David Breeden — by David Breeden (FCFI Discipleship Coordinator)

What happens after someone responds to the gospel?

Too often, we celebrate the moment—but fail to walk with people afterward. Yet Jesus’ command was never just to reach people; it was to make disciples, “teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20).

If we do not follow up, many are left without guidance, without grounding, and without someone to help them grow. That is not the Great Commission—it is only the beginning of it.

At FCFI, we are asking for men and women who will step in and take responsibility for this next step. People willing to invest time, build relationships, and walk alongside others as they grow in Christ.

You don’t need to have all the answers—but you do need to be willing.

We will equip you. We will support you. I will support the training of the men and Sarah Labriel,  the women.  But we cannot ignore the call to make disciples.

If the Lord is prompting you, now is the time to step forward and disciple in person, by phone or online (i.e. Zoom).

Join us in the work that must follow the message.
