| People spend their entire lives trying to improve their social position, their work position at their companies, and building up that bank account. Even as Christians we have a habit of looking first for the Lord’s blessings before looking to the Lord Himself. We often look to the gift without any thoughts to the giver of the gift. The Lord reminds us all that placing such a high desire for these earthly pleasures will bring adversity from the Lord upon our lives. Seek first the Lord and His wisdom and He will take care of all your needs and even your wants!! Lord, please help my focus be completely on You. To getting closer to You. To serving You. I know all that I am and all that I have comes from You. I love You and thank You for all You do for me. In Jesus name, Amen!! Prayer Requests! Please pray for Nath and Emilee.
