It has never been clearer to us that God’s surpassing power is what truly holds us up and keeps us going in ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Farmers. It certainly isn’t the strength or ability of two people in their upper 70s. Every step forward is sustained by Him alone.
As many of you know, the loss of our son Peter made 2025 an especially difficult year. There were moments when the weight of grief felt overwhelming, and to be honest, we were tempted to quit. If it were not for God’s surpassing power, we probably would have. Yet God continues to remind us of who He is and why we are called. I’m reminded of a quote from Stein’s book on writing: “A writer is someone who cannot not write.” In the same way, a Christian is someone who cannot not share Jesus. (That double negative still pains me!) Sharing Christ is simply who we are—it’s woven into our very being.
Toward the end of the year, both Pete and I came down with the same “bug” that has affected so many others. We praise God that we have fully recovered and are now feeling like ourselves again, ready to step forward into 2026 with renewed strength and hope.
The coming year promises to be a busy and exciting one. Beginning in January, we will be traveling to Minnesota, Iowa, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and throughout Florida. In addition, God has opened a new door for us to minister at Future Farmers of America (FFA) conventions across the South—an opportunity we are truly excited about. We have also added another rattlesnake event to our schedule, continuing to share the gospel in places where many would never expect to hear it.
Closer to home, God has opened yet another unexpected door. We are now leading Bible studies in our apartment building. The people God has brought to these gatherings are individuals who would never “darken the doors of a church.” Yet, through God’s surpassing power, hearts are being softened and lives are being touched in ways only He can accomplish.
We want to sincerely thank you for standing with us—through your prayers and your financial support. Your faithfulness means more than words can express. Please continue to pray for us, especially for God to send seekers our way, for our health, for reliable transportation, and most importantly, for those who accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
We pray that you have a blessed Christmas and a joyful New Year.
In His Surpassingly Powerful Grip,
Pete and Sandy Singer
