Greetings to FCFI Conference Alumni, March 21, 2022
We trust that you are well, and the Lord is working in your lives in mighty ways since we have last seen you. We are reaching out to you all a bit early this year to give you a heads up about the conference as the timing is slightly different this year. The dates for the 29th Annual FCFI Conference are July 27-29, which is a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The reason we opted for weekdays instead of the weekend is that the hotel rates dropped $40 per night. We hated to raise the fees that much! So, we are keeping the rates the same at $300 for the conference fee per person. We hope that this change will work in your schedule. The conference will be held at the beautiful Lodge of the Ozarks in Branson, MO. (3431 76 Country Blvd.)

We are in the process of putting together a great program of speakers, workshops, worship times, concert, delicious food, and fellowship. For those who are planning to come early (Tuesday) please let me know as the Lodge of the Ozarks wants all the lodging fees to go through the Fellowship so that we submit one check for the week for everybody for every night. In other words, any early night lodging fees will be paid through FCFI and not to the hotel as you check out as in years past. So, when you send in your registration form you will be paying for total nights lodging, meals, and any extra activities that we will be enjoying on Tuesday and Wednesday before the conference which starts at 5:30 Wednesday evening. I hope all that makes sense!

For those who are planning on coming early, we are going to the Sight and Sound Theater on Tuesday at 3:30 as they are featuring “Jesus”. The musical runs about 2 ½ hours. The price is $60 per person. Our supper will be catered ($18) at the hotel because suppertime is busy in Branson in July! Wednesday we will go to College of the Ozarks for a self-guided tour (free) and have lunch at the beautiful and delicious Keeter Center (pay for on your own). We will carpool from the hotel lobby at 9:00. If there’s time after lunch, we could go the Living Word National Bible Museum in Branson ($8).

This letter serves as a “Save the Date” notice and to give you a heads up about the weekend to weekday change. We hope that you will plan on joining us for a time to update what the Lord is doing through FCFI and a time of worship and renewal. We look forward to seeing you this summer!
