1 John 3:2

Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

There are certain things that Christians themselves talk about all the time. They are so focused on these things as if they MUST know the answer to these certain hidden or unknown ways of our Lord God. One of these areas is what we will be like in heaven. The Lord tells us to be curious, but do not let it disturb you. God has not yet let it be known what our heavenly bodies shall be like. He has things well in hand. When it is necessary for us to know, He will address it. For now, we are told we will be like the Lord and we shall see the Lord as He is. Isn't that exciting in it's own!! The world is too big and intense to let these certain questions take our focus away from the Lord Himself. What can we say? "Don't worry, be happy!"

Please Lord, don't allow my focus to be taken from You by constant concerns what heaven shall be like and what form our bodies will have. I am so thrilled Lord Jesus died for me. I am so happy to be a child of Yours. Let my focus and all my energy be on knowing You and serving You. I love You so very much!! In Jesus name, Amen!!
