After four winters and the Lord's protection from the category IV Hurricane Ivan last August (2004), the Darliston Baptist Church construction is nearing completion. A tile floor needs to be installed. Pastor Leroy Thompson shared with Nebraska farmer, Ron Niedemery that approximately $5,000 will complete the sanctuary floor. The photo of the church was taken in April.The constructuon shed in the foreground has served its purposeand will soon be dismantled. Plans are underway for another Jamaica Mission trip, Niedermeyr reports.
